  • BMR uses Mifflin–St Jeor:
  • Men: BMR = 10×kg + 6.25×cm − 5×age + 5
  • Women: BMR = 10×kg + 6.25×cm − 5×age − 161
  • TDEE (maintenance) = BMR × activity factor.
